September 4: Top Ten Books On Your Fall TBR List

Okay, so September 22 officially marks the first day of Fall, and it ends on the Winter Solstice, which is December 21. I am absolutely thinking out loud here, because in my land of being a teacher, I often consider it fall when school starts. And I definitely don’t think of December as being a fall month, even though most of it is. I’m just weird like that. Still, in order to compile this list, I went with the “official definitions. Anything published between 9/22 and 12/21 is fair game.

In no order of preference, they are:

November 20

Finally–Reseph’s story!

October 16

I’m ridiculously excited about this one. The cover, the description…I have a feeling this is going to be one heck of a debut.

September 25

My enjoyment of Ashes caught me entirely by surprise, and I’m dying to get my hands on the audiobook sequel, Shadows.

October 9

I loved the first two books in this series–I’m looking forward to a satisfying conclusion to Sophie’s story.

October 30

Okay, I admit it. Since I read the excerpt on KMM’s Facebook page, I’ve been dying to read this one. Though I have my fingers crossed for exactly zero first person narration by Dani.

November 13

One word: #NakedWerewolves.

November 6

This can’t help but be beautiful. After all, the first one was.

November 6

It’s Thea Harrison and Dragos. ‘Nuff said.

November 27

Considering how much I enjoyed Lothaire, and how large a part the Dacian lore played in it, I’m happy to revisit it. Plus, it’s KC!

October 9

Juliet Immortal was a surprise hit for me in 2011. I can’t say that Romeo did much for me in that one, but I’m willing to see him be redeemed by the love of a good woman. Or teenage girl. Whatever.

That’s it for me. What’s on your Fall TBR list?

Go on, tell the world!

I’m excited for Lord’s Fall! Although, I’m not a fan of the cover. It looks a little dated.

A new Karen Marie Moning? I STILL HAVEN’T READ FAEFEVER YET! (I also had to stop reading the description of Iced because…spoilers. lol)
Faefever is on my top 10 TBRs, though, so I should get it finished before Iced comes out!

  6. I’m extremely excited about Princess of the Silver Woods. Don’t you just love the cover? I really like Jessica Day George, especially Sun and Moon, Ice and Snow.

  7. I hadn’t heard of Gravity till now but it looks SO good!!! I’m totally adding that to my list :) I am curious about Days of Blood and Starlight.. but I didn’t LOVE Daughter of Smoke & Bone… I’ll still eventually read it though since I’m curious as to how it plays out :P

And too funny, it wasn’t until you mentioned your gravatar being in a circle that I really noticed it! It’s quite faint, but because your pic is solid colour on the edges, it was easier to see! I love it :D

Great list, and thanks for stopping by!
